This is a HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY SITE.  All items are made to your requested specifications.  For that reason, we do not offer refunds.  We can resize within 7 days of purchase (Buyer pays all shipping fees).  Thank you for shopping our mom & pop business.  Returns for resizes can be sent to 3624 Western Branch Blvd  Portsmouth VA 23707.  Please notify us before sending any items back for resizing.
